Burrawang West & Burrawang South Cabins

Burrawang West

The Burrawang West & Burrawang South Cabins are named for two of the five stations that Burrawang Station was subdivided into following Thomas Edols' death.

 

The Burrawang West & Burrawang South Cabins are each two bedroom, one bathroom, self contained, two storey accommodations housed side by side in the same building. These accommodations are perfect for families or social groups.

 

These cabins have high architectural ceilings with a fireplace in the lounge with a separate dining room leading onto a shared screened-in verandah with views overlooking the bush land down to the creek. 
 

Inclusions:

  • One king & one twin bedroom located on the upper level

  • Marble bathroom with shower, claw foot tub and separate toilet on upper level

  • Reverse cycle air conditioning

  • Wood burning fireplace in the lounge

  • Flat screen TV

  • Separate lounge & dining rooms

  • Kitchenette with induction hotplate, microwave, sink, tea & coffee facilities, toaster, refrigerator

  • Barbeque on the verandah

  • Access to communal amenities including the pool, lounge, bar and billiard table in the Homestead, etc.

Oxley & evans Cabins

Evans Cabin

The Oxley & Evans Cabins are named after the first European explorers of the Central Western Plains of NSW, where Yarrabandai Creek Homestead is located.

 

Each of the Oxley & Evans Cabins provide a self contained accommodation housed side by side in the same building. Each cabin features two stunning ensuite bedrooms with separate shower, claw foot bath tub and toilet. The open plan living and dining area features a two sided wood burning fireplace in the centre of the room.

 

A screened-in verandah on the western side of the building provides a superb location to watch the sun set, while an open verandah on the eastern side of the building looks across the paddocks and bushland towards the creek.

Oxley Cabin

Edols Cottage

The Edols Cottage is named for the first European custodian of Burrawang Station, Mr Thomas Edols, of which the present day Yarrabandai Creek Homestead was a part.

The Edols Cottage is a beautiful architecturally designed self- contained two ensuite bedroom cabin. It features an open plan living area with lounge, dining, kitchenette and open wood burning fireplace. A private screened-in verandah faces towards the bushland and creek on the eastern side of the cabin and an open verandah on the western side provides perfect views of the spectacular outback sunsets.

Wiradjuri Cottage

The Wiradjuri Cottage is named for the traditional custodians of the country on which Yarrabandai Creek Homestead is situated.

​

This self-contained architecturally designed cabin features two bright and airy ensuite bedrooms, each with shower, toilet and claw foot bathtub positioned perfectly to soak and stare off into the bushland beyond.  

 

The cottage contains separate living and dining areas with an open wood burning fireplace and kitchenette. A private screened-in verandah on the west is the perfect location for watching the sun set with a sundowner and an open verandah on the east overlooks the bushland and creek.
